In the spring of 2017, self-proclaimed foodie and grill connoisseur, Wayne Wright established Time 2 Eat Catering.

As a licensed barber and owner of his own barbershop, Wayne was no stranger to entrepreneurship. Wright would hang pictures of the dishes that he made on his wall, folks would always want to purchase dinners from him or ask “Hey! let me know when your’re cooking again…I need a plate!”.

He took the leap and declared it was perfect storm to launch Time 2 Eat!

As word spread and business took off like a rocket, Mr. Wright knew he couldn’t handle the workload in excellence, by himself

So he hollered at a fellow foodie friend about lending him an extra hand. Lenny Mitchell is an experienced mental health professional who also loved to cook. Mitchell obliged and the duo was off to the races.

Shortly thereafter, Wayne and Lenny became official business partners and the rest is written in BBQ history…
